轢宮 き し め ん

きしめんの名の由来には、「雉の肉をいれて食べたことから」とか「紀州(和歌山県)から伝わって食べられていたので」などの諸説がよく聞かれますが、宮きしめんには、「熱田神宮の御師キシ某が好んだので」という説も伝わっております。
今も、熱田神宮の西門近くの休憩所では「宮きしめん」が提供され、参拝者の方の宮まいりの思い出をよりいっそう、味わい深いものにしています。
